Food Post: Venice

THE POST YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR

(This is only the beginning)


Lunch: Gam Gam
-House appetizer sampler platter: falafel, hummus, grilled vegetables, tomatoes with basil, stewed carrots, babaganoush, mushrooms, cabbage, jalapeno pepper dip
-Fried artichokes

Dinner: Algiubagio
"Entree": eggplant and roasted pepper mousse
Appetizers:
-Raw seafood appetizer: shrimp carpaccio, swordfish tartare, tuna with wasabi mousse, oyster with watermelon and grenadine, prawns with iced mojito
-Tomato stuffed with fresh mozzarella and basil
Main Course:
-Handmade ravioli with duck
-Homemade tagliatelle with mozzarella, mint and peperoncini
Dessert:
-Crepe flambe
-Tiramisu
